Ever since the co-founder, Dr. Hübner passed away, the Haydn
Orchestra's second violin section is changing every year. However, Mrs. Katalin Schneider
is one of the original member and still remains the same section. Sometimes she plays at
the center of the stage as Associate PrincipalShe has a lot of experiences in Opera
performance because she belongs to the Budapest Philharmonic, which plays at Hungarian
National Opera House. She travels a lot with them and she has stayed in Paris more than
one month. This October, the Hungarian State Opera has a new production of Puccini's
"Madama Butterfly" in Japan and she is staying there for about 5 weeks.
In the orchestra, she is the only one who attended all of the recording session of 107
Haydn Symphonies.
